CHEESES

Aged Gouda: Gouda is a traditional creamery hard cheese.  Our offering is rich, strong, and complex.
Aged Reserva Manchego: A hard, mild, Spanish sheep's milk cheese; buttery with a slight piquancy.

Applewood Smoked Cheddar:
White cheddar with light smoky flavor and rubbed with paprika.
Buttermilk Blue: Made from buttermilk, which imparts richness.  A very creamy and delicious blue.

Chaubier: A semi-firm tomme that is smooth and mild with a supple texture and light but persistent flavor.
Cotswold: This rich semi-hard cheese is a delicious blend of Double-Gloucester cheese with chives.
Cypress Grove Midnight Moon: Nutty and brown Buttery, with prominent caramel notes.

Double-Cream Brie: A traditional cheese, very soft and savory; the white rind is tasteless and edible.

Havarti:
Havarti is a buttery semi-soft tiny-eyed cheese that is faintly yellow in color.

Herbed Goat:
A soft, tangy goat cheese with herbs and garlic. Crumbly and spreadable.
Le Roule: A soft cow's milk cheese in a goat cheese style, swirled with garlic and herbs; rich and creamy.

Parrano: Mild and nutty, combining salty and sweet flavors. It has a semi-firm texture and a smooth, golden color.
Prairee Breeze: A semi-hard nutty cheese with a medium-strong flavor
Pyrenees Vach  Green Peppercorn: Soft, buttery and yogurt like with chopped green peppercorns. 
Six Year Cheddar:  A slightly crumbly style, creamy, light colored sharp cheddar.
Triple Cream Goat: Triple Cream Goat's milk; soft and spreadable.
Walnut Gourmandise:
This soft and creamy dessert cheese is slightly sweet and very rich.

MEATS

Dry-Cured Sausage: Slow-aged to enhance the flavor of this traditional dry salami.

Herb-Crusted Sausage: This delicious sausage is hand-rolled in herbs de Provence for optimal flavor.

Chorizo Spicy Sausage: Spicy and versatile, this Spanish sausage is best simply sliced and served on a dish with a  hearty crusty bread and a good red wine.

Black Peppercorn Pate: Spicy country style pate with black peppercorns and flavored with a touch of Brandy.

Truffle Mousse Pate: A delectable combination of chicken, liver, pork, truffles, sherry, and Pineau des Charentes cognac.  Very creamy and spreadable.
Hot Smoked Salmon: Farm raised and Alderwood smoked; juicy, thick-cut and flakey.
