Let the Frisco Farpointe Bistro host your next event! We offer private party options, happy hours, meetings, and private parties.

 

 

For closing the bar for your party, we have spending minimums, which vary for each day. These are not additional charges.

They are as follows:

Sunday or Monday: $1,000

Tuesday or Wednesday: $1,200

Thursday: $1,500

Friday or Saturday: $3,000

 

 

Parties and Happy Hours:  For 4 different wines (2 whites options and 2 red options), the bottle cost comes to $100. 

For parties or happy hours, wine can be priced by the glass or bottle, depending on the event.

Bottle prices in the bistro start at only $25. Each bottle contains about 5 glasses. Wine prices by the glass start at only $6.50. This option is great for those interested in more variety.

 

Food: Cheese is a great pairing for wine. In addition, we offer a selection of appetizers and gourmet pizzas. For cheese platters, one item is suggested per person. Pricing for 4 types of wines, cheese, and appetizers would start at about $19/person, which would include tax and gratuity. This will vary according to wine and food selection.

 

Wine Tastings: This is a fun and exciting way for your group to taste some great wines in an educational and relaxed environment. We recommend tasting 6 wines in any combination of whites and reds. Bottle prices begin at $25/each. One bottle is enough for around 14 tastes. 

 

Food: For an early event, many parties choose to have cheese platters only. Appetizers and pizzas are available as well. Pricing for tastings vary according to guest count and wine selection, but usually starts at around $22/person. This would include your wines, light food options, tasting notes for each wine, your presenter, tax and gratuity.

CHEESES

Aged Gouda: Gouda is a traditional creamery hard cheese.  Our offering is rich, strong, and complex.
Aged Reserva Manchego: A hard, mild, Spanish sheep's milk cheese; buttery with a slight piquancy.

Applewood Smoked Cheddar:
White cheddar with light smoky flavor and rubbed with paprika.
Buttermilk Blue: Made from buttermilk, which imparts richness.  A very creamy and delicious blue.

Canadian Cheddar: A slightly crumbly style, creamy, light colored sharp cheddar.
Chaubier: A semi-firm tomme that is smooth and mild with a supple texture and light but persistent flavor.
Cocoa Cardona: This unique artisan cheese is a semi-hard goat's milk rubbed with cocoa.
Cotswold: This rich semi-hard cheese is a delicious blend of Double-Gloucester cheese with chives.
Curado: A Brazilian cheese punctured with tiny bubbles of air; slightly granulated with a strong, sharp taste.
Double-Cream Brie: A traditional cheese, very soft and savory; the white rind is tasteless and edible.

Havarti:
Havarti is a buttery semi-soft tiny-eyed cheese that is faintly yellow in color.

Herbed Goat:
A soft, tangy goat cheese with herbs and garlic. Crumbly and spreadable.

Parrano: Mild and nutty, combining salty and sweet flavors. It has a semi-firm texture and a smooth, golden color.
Walnut Gourmandise: This soft and creamy dessert cheese is slightly sweet and very rich.

Dry-Cured Sausage: Slow-aged to enhance the flavor of this traditional dry salami.

Herb-Crusted Sausage: This delicious sausage is hand-rolled in herbs de Provence for optimal flavor.

Chorizo Spicy Sausage: Spicy and versatile, this Spanish sausage is best simply sliced and served on a dish with a  hearty crusty bread and a good red wine.

Black Peppercorn Pate: Spicy country style pate with black peppercorns and flavored with a touch of Brandy.

Truffle Mousse Pate: A delectable combination of chicken, liver, pork, truffles, sherry, and Pineau des Charentes cognac.  Very creamy and spreadable.
